Missing things because you're too tired to participate is a terrible way to live, ask, "why do I always feel tired and sleepy?" is the first step in the process feel awake and well. There are three medical reasons, that can provoke a situation where you probably have more on the situation concerning chronic fatigue.

The bottom line is to find a balance. Through diet you can find the balance that you want to shrug off the feeling that fatigue and drowsiness.Sluggish thyroid malfunction or-if you have a sluggish thyroid, you simply can be guaranteed that you will ask yourself "why do I always feel tired and sleepy?" If your thyroid is sluggish or wrong it can be difficult to detect at first, but once you discover that something isn't quite right, you can explore and begin treatment. Some people just accept that they have a low metabolism; This is not acceptable and can be changed!Parasitic condition- is not a unique situation, as you may think. When any Microbe enters the stage whether this overgrowth of bacterial, viral or fungal than you have parasitic situation and the situation will leave you constantly feel tired and sleepy.

It's only 3 of the many potential causes for always feel sleepy and tired. This can be a problem with chronic post viral infection or chronic candidiasis or undiagnosed food allergies or nutrients, etc. the only way you'll know why you feel so tired and sleepy looking at all the symptoms you experience and link them back to the most likely causes for all of them. The only alternative to are decisions of a band-aid for the rest of your life, you have to ask if that's what you want to do?

  1. I found out that desiccated bovine thyroid cured my iodine deficiency much better than the other products I have tried before. I'm glad the price is much more affordable.
